We went with our children and grandchildren. We had a great time and Stephano was a great host. We enjoyed trips into Radda and Castellina. The vineyard at Fattoria di Montemaggio is off the beaten track but well worth a visit; La Loggia del Chianti Ristorante in Radda is an absolutely amazing gastronomical experience. For breakfast a coffee and pastry Circolo Bar Italia in Castellina. If you are travelling by EV the chargers locally are reliable and would recommend the Plenitude app.

First it took us tree hours to find the propriete ,Suzanne the owner dosent seem to know where her house is since she keep sending us to différent locations with differents directions.The villa hasen't been aired before the arrival so it was musty and smelled really bad ,the floors were really dirty and in need of à deep cleaning.Could not really cook with the oven since the two control buttons were broked or missing so no way to know the real temperature inside. the beedroom in the cave should not be rented because of the hight humidity and lack of proper heating resulting in being frosen all nigth with damp cold sheet .Some more blankets were available, but musty and also damp ,we also learn that guests have been robed on severals ocasions at that villa.The lack of drinkable water is also à big issue and bottle water should be provided by the owner. On the positive side the extérieur of the propriété is magnificent, with flowers and well kept landscape. A warm and big thank you to Stefano who was always available with every problem we encounterd, and we really apreciated the smal bbq he bring for us to cook. Would i recommand this place to my friend ,maybe in jully or august when its more warm, it should not be rented any other time because of the lack of an appropriate heating source.

Tolles Ambiente, alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Herrlicher Garten. Nur die Stühle in der Kücheund draußen auf der Terrasse könnten bequemer sein. Manche waren einfach kaputt.Ansonsten aber alles perfetto.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub in der alten Mühle. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wunderschöne, großzügige und sehr gepflegte Grundstück. Unsere Hunde konnten sich hier ohne Probleme frei bewegen. Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage, einerseits umgeben von der beeindruckenden toskanischen Landschaft und ihren Weinbergen, andererseits Sehenswürdigkeiten (Radda, Castellina, St. Gimignano etc.) in guter Reichweite.

Calme de la campagne et à 1h des principales villes à visiter

L'ensemble des hébergements loués en fait un havre de paix et un endroit paradisiaque. Un peu trop , on a presque plus envie de visiter la région !!!Stefano est irréprochable sur la tenue du site ainsi que sur sa réactivité en cas de soucis.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren im September 2024 dort und hatten eine super Zeit in dem wunderbaren Haus. Der Pool und der Garten waren großartig. Beim Check-In wurden wir über alles Wichtige bezüglich Sicherheit und Ablauf informiert. Sowohl für die Kinder als auch für Erwachsene ein toller Urlaub.

Très agréable

Très grande villa et superbe terrain très bien aménagé. Piscine creusée exceptionnelle, table de ping pong … L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter la région du Chianti. Les chambres sont de bonnes grandeurs. Celles situées au niveau du sol sont un peu trop humide. Nous étions 10 adultes et il manquait un peu de vaisselle notamment des coupes à vin. Noter qu'il n'y avait aucun moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait de notre séjour. Mention spécial à Stéphano qui nous a offert un super service !
