Beautiful 2 bedroom private villa with its own pool. Located a short walk from the pretty Spanish village of Sucina with bars & restaurants.
Property has wonderful gardens and a large roof terrace now with glass balustrade to compliment the surrounding views.
2 bedrooms one of which is a double and the other a twin.
Refitted bathroom with walk in large rain forest shower.
Outdoor space provides sun loungers, shaded pergola & outdoor dining and small outdoor kitchen with drinks fridge.
Private Pool area has walking steps into the shallow end.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Located a 15 minute drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, we do recommend car hire.
25 minutes from Murcia Internation Airport
60 minutes from Alicante Airport

Poppy Villa

Excellent Stay in Poppy Villa. Located in the small village of Sucina about 15 minutes from the beach. The villa was perfect for the two of us; the surrounding area had very good local restaurants and bars with a mix of Spanish, English and other Europeans. Everyone is very friendly. We enjoyed the pool at the villa daily and was able to visit many villages and towns in the surrounding area. For this villa, you will need to get a rental car, but everything is close by and accessible; very good supermarkets in the village of Sucina, and many other shops just fifteen minutes away in San Javier. We would highly recommend Poppy villa and the surrounding location.

Excelente semana

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las imágenes, pero al verlo de verdad y poder disfrutarlo, gana muchos más puntos. Junto a mi mujer y mis dos hijas menores, hemos disfrutado una semana de julio alojados y de sus comodidades, destacando sobre todo la zona de la piscina y barbacoa, pero sin desmerecer ninguna otra estancia. Solamente quizá sea valorable que en el salón hubiera AC o un ventilador más potente porque en la tarde/noche la casa guarda bastante calor. La entrada y salida fue perfecta por la atención de la key holder, además de los detalles recibidos el primer día. Indicar que la zona está en plena naturaleza, así que de vez en cuando hay "animalitos" y hay personas que los soportan más o menos, por nosotros sin problema, y también destacar la visita de "gatos muy cariñosos" de los vecinos, aspectos que la propietaria por supuesto no puede controlar. Hicimos visitas a Sucina (pequeñito y tranquilo), La Manga y Murcia pues no lo conocíamos y están a unos 35 minutos en coche. Fuimos en busca de desconexión y relax, disfrutar de la familia y lo hemos logrado, así que vacaciones de 10. Nos ha encantado y está en nuestra lista para volver alguna vez. Felicidades por el alojamiento que han construido y que comparten con los inquilinos temporales.
