This beautiful detached villa is situated on the edge of the nature reserve of El Valle y Carrascoy in Murcia. The distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor is 20 km and can be reached by the motorway in 20 minutes. A few kilometers away you find several 18-holes golf courses. The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood where you can find a bar-restaurant as well. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the typical Spanish town of Balsicas where you can take the train to Cartagena, Elche, Alicante and Madrid. The villa has been built recently and is very spacious and practical. Everything is on one floor and the plot is completely flat, therefore it is suitable for wheelchair use. The house has a spacious hall, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen of 20 m2 equipped with all comforts, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite with a shower and the other bathroom has a large corner bath. The living room opens onto a huge terrace where the pool of 4x8 meter is situated. The pool has Roman steps at one end and a metal staircase at the deep side. The plot is fully walled. The villa has air conditioning with heating, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm, and parking on site. The villa is equipped for 6 people.

The lovely surroundings, a lot of golf courses nearby, the beach is easy and quick to reach. Very good restaurants nearby. Murcia only 30 minutes’ drive. Nice neighbors.
