Sensationelle Lage und netter Kontakt

Wir haben lange im Internet nach einer modernen und schönen Ferienwohnung im Baskeland in der Nähe des Meeres gesucht. Hier wurden wir fündig! 5 Sterne für die Lage: 6 Appartments in einem einsamen Haus oben auf dem Berg. Eine sensationelle Lage mit schönem Blick auf Bakio. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wanderungen sind direkt von der Wohnung aus möglich! Der direkte Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Jaione war sehr nett. Die Vermieterin war sehr an unserem Wohl interessiert und hilfsbereit. Der Service verdient auch volle 5 Punkte. Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt. Es ist modern eingerichtet. Für ganze 5 Punkte hätte ich mir gemütlicheres Licht gewünscht und eine noch breitere und etwas weichere Matratze im Ehebett. Das ist aber "Meckern auf hohem Niveau". Ich würde wieder dort hinfahren. Toll für alle, die westlich von Urdaibai das Baskenland erobern wollen.

Habitation agréable mais pas d'eau chaude et seulement 2 chambres et non 3 comme était indiqué

Nous avions réservé cet appartement car il proposait 3 chambres mais mauvaise surprise en arrivant car il n'y en avait que 2! Depuis l'annonce a été modifiée mais il n'y a pas eu de geste commercial alors que c'est une erreur de la part des propriétaires. Autre désagrément, il faut faire couler l'eau pendant 15 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude et pour une durée limitée. Avec des enfants dont un bébé ce n'est vraiment pas l'idéal. Sinon l'appartement reste agréable et propre avec vue sur mer.

Comme nous nous sommes parlé à l'arrivée au service, il y a eu une erreur sur la plateforme lors de la traduction en français, je me suis excusé et cette erreur a été corrigée le jour même. Concernant l'eau chaude, je vous ai déjà dit qu'il y avait deux autres appartements occupés dans la ferme et aucun d'entre eux ne m'a informé de cette irrégularité. Le technicien a été invité à vérifier l'installation générale.

Relaxing and comfortable

We went to this propery with a party of six, comfortable apartment, perfect for game nights and a relaxed stay. Very near from Bilbao by car and also close to the cost going north (also by car). Everything was perfect for what we were looking for. If you are an unexperienced driver you might have a hard time going up to the property, there is a very steep road to go up the hill. Great property and excelent and knowledgeable host.
