It is a double apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and TV room.
Beautiful, modern, luxurious kitchen and gigantic terrace with a luxurious lounge set, dining table and sun beds. Underfloor heating and air conditioning everywhere. WiFi, internet TV, large living room with luxurious furniture, WiFi, large terrace, hall, elevator, and 2 parking spaces in the garage, automatic gate.
Lots of privacy, this is luxury at its best
Located just above the golf course with views over Altea and Albir but also over Benidorm.

VRBO blocks the 400 Euro deposit on your credit card.
Final cleaning € 150 and linen package + towels € 15 p.p. to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Electricity deposit €200 per week to be paid upon arrival.
Pets 25 Euro per stay extra for cleaning costs.
Electricity is a daily price due to the situation in Europe, but there is a meter so that it can be monitored per day.

Perfect ! With our 3 kids , we stayed 11 days in the appartement for holidays and we found everything we need . The appartement has a magical view, it was so Nice waking up and see that picture !It was very clean and Marian is so kind ! Thank you for everything , we will come back for sure !
