Daran was a very helpful and communicative host. His instructions were friendly and clear.The property is in a quiet cul de sac and close to road links so convenient. It is large and as described, albeit in need of a little TLC in places. However, it is great value for money and on the plus side we weren’t worried about our toddlers making a mess! The master bedroom was especially spacious and comfortable.We really appreciated the provision of toiletries and sufficient toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for our stay; something often missing in even much more expensive homes.Thank you for hosting us.

The house was in a perfect location. Fantastically clean and spacious. Little touches like a welcome on the board when we arrived. The hosts had also left tea, coffee and toiletries. The little things that make you smile. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending the house

Convenient and quiet location

We stayed here over a weekend plus a couple of days whilst attending a conference and a couple of daytrips locally. The neighbourhood is very quiet despite being very close to the M42 which was extremely convenient. The house was clean, stocked with towels etc and the whole process was very easy. I will definitely stay here again if I'm doing something in the area in future.
