Peaceful and conveniently located.

Exactly what we were looking for, the apartment is modern, clean and spacious.Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the city chaos, but 20 minutes from airport, downtown or major coastal destinations.Across the street is a welcoming bar, pizzeria and restaurant, all of good quality.I’ll definitely return with my family for my next visit to Sardinia.

Een heerlijke week

We had a great stay in this appartment. The house is still new, very clean and well equipped. We have enjoyed the garden and had great fun with the kids in the pool. Very friendly owners. It is a good base to explore the south of Sardinia. We'd love to come back.

Wish we stayed longer

Communicating with Luigi was very easy and felt he genuinely care for his guests. Our flight was cancelled and he’s very understanding and empathetic with our situation. He even offered to get us some food since we were arriving late. The place was big with indoor and outdoor space. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great accommodation, kindest owners

The accommodation is very comfortable, new and clean, with spacious bedrooms, comfortable double beds, more than enough cupboard space, a big living area with flatscreen TV, a clean and modern kitchenette and a very nice patio and garden outside. The accomodation has a tile floor, which is very cool and comfortable in the warm Sardinian summer. Across the street is a café and restaurant and a (modest) supermarket is very nearby. But what made our stay even more enjoyable, is the contact with the very friendly owners. Never have I come across more friendly and gracious hosts. They made our stay one to remember! Thank you Rita and Gigi!

Thanks Jetske, for your words. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay in our accommodation. It was a pleasure for us to have met you. Your children are wonderful and we thank you for the respect you have had of the property but, above all, for your way of being friendly and cordial. For the future we wish you many more good trips and to meet again. Greetings

Thank you so much for your review and for appreciating the spaciousness of the apartment, the terrace, the modern amenities, and the strategic location. We are truly delighted that your stay was overall positive. We are also pleased to take into consideration your comment regarding the terrace's sun exposure. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight that the loggia, sunny in the morning hours, allows you to enjoy the sunrise during summer breakfasts, providing truly pleasant and relaxing moments. At the same time, the roof provides shade during the hottest hours of the day, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable even during the hottest summers. This balance of sun and shade has always been one of the strengths most appreciated by our guests, especially during the hottest periods of the year. Thank you again for the excellent review and we hope to welcome you again to offer you an even more pleasant experience.
