Villa on two floors, surrounded by a large garden with direct entrance on the rocky beach. Possibility of cooking with barbecue.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a view of the garden. While upstairs is the bedroom that overlooks the sea and 1 bathroom.
Downstairs is the kitchen area with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, a dining room and living room with sofa bed.
Parking inside the structure.

Abbondio ist ein aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wunderschöner Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unterkunft in einer Wohnsiedlung, gewünschte Nähe zu Cagliari, wunderbar als Startpunkt um die ganze Südküste zu erkunden. Ausserordentlich freundlicher Vermieter nebenan, zurückhaltend, aber sofort hilfsbereit wenn gewünscht. Für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und effizient. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was nötig ist und liegt in einer geschützten Siedlung. Vom Garten aus kann man direkt an das Meer und ein paar Meter weiter auch direkt in das Meer. Man ist allerdings nah an einer Industriezone, die man sehen kann. Es gab aber keine Lärmprobleme. Strategisch liegt die Unterkunft ganz gut, um Cagliari und auch Pula und die Südstrände zu erreichen. Bis zur Westseite sind es ca. 90 min Fahrt mit dem Auto. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt, wer mückenempfindlich ist, sollte sich allerdings schützen. Man kann im oberen Schlafzimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, da dort eine Klimaanlage ist. Wir haben allerdings geöffnete Fenster und Meeresrauschen vorgezogen. Der kleine Supermarkt ist am schnellsten über den Strand zu erreichen (ca 10 min zu Fuß). Der Gastgeber hatte auch kleine landestypische Leckereien für uns und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief überwiegend auf Englisch oder einem Mix aus Italienisch, Englisch, Französisch.

Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine ausführliche Führung mit sämtlichen Infos die man braucht um sich im Haus zurecht zufinden.Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, Küchengeräte Handtücher, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

super Unterkunft

wir waren als ehepaar knapp 3 wochen im urlaub. es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Abbondia war sehr hilfsbereit (aber nicht aufdringlich), immer zu erreichen für kleinigkeiten und auch sehr hilfreiche tipss. wir köönen die fewo mit ihrer top-lage und besonders dem traumhaften blick aus meer inkl. sonnenaufgang sehr empfehlen.

Freundlicher Vermieter und wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vorallem der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Meer ist phänomenal ! Wir hatten sehr angenehme Tage in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Auto ist notwendig, da in direkter Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Restaurant besteht.

Wieder mal Ferien auf Sardinien

Abbondios Haus und Garten laden zum Ferien machen ein. Alles sauber, gepflegt, mit Geschmack und funktionell eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Einzige Kritik: es gibt nur ein WC, und das ist im 1. Stock des Hauses, und es liegt in einem Wohngebiet, wo nichts zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Dafür war es sehr ruhig, der Erholungswert ist gross ! Abbondio ist sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste und steht immer zur Verfügung, da er im Nebenhaus wohnt. Wir empfehlen seine Unterkunft gern weiter.

Superschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Schon der Empfang durch Abbondio war sehr herzlich. Er war immer da wenn man Fragen hatte oder einfach nur mal nett zusammen sitzen wollte.Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben hier zwei entspannte und schöne Wochen verbracht! Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und am Anfang hatten wir da unsere Bedenken, aber es war völlig unbegründet. Wir haben ihn höchstens 1x am Tag gesehen und abends hatten wir den hinteren Bereich im Garten allein. Das Haus hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht (nur keinen Fernseher). Es war sogar bereits für das erste Frühstück alles da... ebenfalls war Abbondio ein wirklich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben sardinische Spezialitäten sowie Gemüse und Früchte aus dem Garten bekommen... ebenso Tipps für die Gegend! Ach.. und besonders schön war der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon (Tipp: Sonnenaufgang) Also wir haben die Zeit genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und eine Streicheleinheit für Diana (Hund)

Sehr netter Vermieter und schöne Wohnung

Abbondio, unser sympathischer Vermieter, der im Haus nebenan wohnt, hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit bereit zu helfen und uns zu beraten. Seine süße Michlingshündin hatten wir gleich ins Herz geschlosssen ;-). Das Haus verfügt über alles was man für zwei Personen braucht. Klimaanlage und Spülmaschine gab es nicht, war für uns aber auch nicht nötig. Allerdings sollten an der ein oder anderen Tür oder an einigen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht werden. Absolutes Highlight des Hauses ist der Balkon des Schlafzimmers mit Meerblick. Der Sonnenaufgang ist immer wieder fantastisch. Einen Strand gibt es dort aber nicht, man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben um die Strände in La Maddalena (5 Minuten entfernt), Cagliari, Pula oder Chia zu erreichen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Sardinien

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Eckreihenhaus, das sich in einer ruhigen abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage befindet. Der sehr nette Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht, er ist aber nicht aufdringlich. Über die Terrasse kommt man in den Gemeinschaftsgarten mit einigen Kräutern und Gemüse, welcher auch einen direkten Zugang zum Meer bietet, allerdings ist dieser sehr steinig und nicht zum Baden zu empfehlen (aber der nächste öffentliche Strand ist mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten zu erreichen). Im Haus befindet sich alles, was man braucht - sogar Verpflegung für den ersten Hunger bei Ankunft war im Kühlschrank. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber ein Deckenventilator ist im Schlafzimmer. Ein großer Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und auch nie überfüllt, jedoch die wirklich schönen sardischen Strände sind min. 30 Autominuten entfernt (dafür auch um einiges stärker besucht). Alles in allem ein top Ferienhaus mit super Vermieter - reibungsloser Urlaub!!!
