Terrible. The room was dirty - specifically the bathroom. There were clothes in the closet when we arrived. The room is also poorly insulated so there is constant noise from the stairs and the rooms on the second floor. Lastly, because the room was double-booked we had other guests trying to get inside which was upsetting.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Oct 2026
Hi Elisa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues and the oversight with the clothes in the closet. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and these have been addressed with our cleaning team to prevent future occurrences. Furthermore, we're truly sorry for the unwanted disturbances caused by noise and the inconvenience of a double-booking. Rest assured, steps are being taken to improve the room's insulation and ensure that our booking system prevents such issues. Your comfort is our top priority, and we appreciate your review as it helps us enhance our services. Best regards, GuestReady Team

Central & Affordable

The accommodation was clean and nice. Check in process was smooth. The area was so central to everything (walking distance) with lots of shops around. The housekeepers were pretty much there to restock or clean if needed. Only 2 things: 1) the picture of the room made it seem like it was quite huge, however it is a bit small but you can get around. 2) if you’re a light sleeper or just cherish your sleep, be aware the walls are so thin. We didn’t sleep well due to the person staying above us making so much noise. Every footsteps she made was like she was stomping. Otherwise, if not for the sleep disturbance, it’s a very nice place to stay.

6/10 Okay
