The place itself is nice and comfy, with your own private terrace to sit outside. Location was nice too, but the sink smell mentioned by everyone else here is actually an issue that needs to be addressed by the owner. It’s always there, a smell of stinky water running through the pipes. I personally opened the windows the whole time, which can be an issue in colder weather. Luckily i also never spent time at the apartment, so i was able to escape it mostly, but others might find it too troubling. Another point is the toilet, it seems tilted and about to break, should be checked as well. Aside from that, it was a nice place overall and would do it again if they make all the needed fixes to it.

The apartment is nice in general, in a really quiet neighbourhood relatively close to the city cente

The apartment is nice in general, in a really quiet neighbourhood relatively close to the city center. There's no subway or tram available, so be ready to WALK quite a lot. The studio is really good equipped, but there are a couple of things worth knowing: 1. The sink in the bathroom smells a lot and when you get back to the place after a whole day outside it's quite uncomfortable. 2. There are no blinds, so be ready to be waken up by the light at 7-8am no matter what. Overall nice, not perfect.

The unit is a basement accesible through stairs.Humidity smell, fresh plaster in the ceiling, no light points in the ceiling due to the plaster, humid bedsheets, strong sewer smell in the bathroom. This unit should not be listed for renting.In the right side of things, after more than necessary emails with the property, I got rellocated in another unit similar to the one I booked. They answered my complaint emails really fast.

La estancia ha sido buena, pero hay varios puntos negativos a comparar. El pomo de la puerta del baño no estaba sujeta a la puerta, cuando la agarrabas se caía de ambos lados. El olor a desagüe y a húmedo salía de las cañerías del baño e impregnaba toda la estancia que teníamos que cerrar la puerta del baño todo el día. Uno de los estores del salón estaba roto y entraba más luz de la necesaria. Se oía con claridad los pasos del vecino de arriba y era muy molesto a las noches y a las mañanas. La limpieza aceptable. Cosas favorables: la localización está muy bien para ir a las zonas turísticas, nos resultó fácil aparcar en temporada no muy alta (mayo). La zona es tranquila, a 20 minutos andando del puente de Don Luis I y bien conectado con los servicios de transporte.

Le rapport qualité prix de cet appartement est bon, il est propre, bien équipé, la literie est parfaite et la localisation est bonne. En revanche, une forte odeur d’humidité est présente dans le logement sans qu’il soit possible de la faire disparaître même en faisant tourner le déshumidificateur jour et nuit. Attention, il y a des marches pour accéder au logement, ce dernier est en sous-sol.
