Recently refurbished Menorcan style villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Son Parc. Perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday, air conditioning in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, barbecue, Smart TV and parking on the property.

Beach and Golf just a stone's throw away

Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. The next couple or separately has an extra cost of 5€ per day.

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas of the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bicycle hire, chemist, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course which also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 metres of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9 km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats as well as taste its famous lobster stews.

Alles in allem hatten wir hier einen tollen Familienurlaub. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand in der Nähe ist einfach traumhaft schön und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Villa hat eine gute Größe und besitzt eigentlich auch alles was wir für 18 Nächte benötigt haben. Etwas mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern wäre gut gewesen. Nicht alle Zimmer haben einen Schrank!!! Auf Anfrage wurden uns auch noch einige Utensilien zusätzlich zur Verfügung gestellt (die fehlten oder kaputt waren). Zusätzlich zu den Fotos gibt es im Außenraum auch eine mobile Poolabtrennung, die für uns toll war, da wir auch Kleinkinder mit dabei hatten. Der überdachte Verandabereich hat eine feste Sitzecke bekommen. Dazu wurden uns nach Anfrage auch noch ein paar zusätzliche Kissen bereit gestellt. Und vorne gibt es noch eine Pergola die neu zu sein scheint. Das war auch gut so, denn nachmittags steht ganz schön die Sonne auf den Bereich. Hinterm Haus gibt es auch einen Sitzbereich mit Grill, den wir ab und an morgens genutzt haben, ansonsten ist der Bereich eher abgelegen. Einige Sachen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So auch die Tische und Stühle draußen. Und als wir ankamen lag leider noch ein einiges an Baustellenresten rum und es war scheinbar nur spärlich gereinigt worden. Das hat unsere Stimmung bei der Anreise sehr getrübt. Es wurde nach Anfrage nochmals nachgereinigt und aufgeräumt. Den Stress hätte man aber vermeiden können! Wir hoffen das wird künftig besser kontrolliert.
