Schöne Villa mit kleinen Minuspunkten

Familie, 5 Personen, im August. Super nette Betreuung durch Agentur und Personal, 24/7 erreichbar, Mängel sofort behoben etc. Hauslage: leider medial nicht zu finden, da Neubau, Villa als Hinterbau, die Ausfahrt direkt in eine nicht einsehbare Kurve hinein, nicht ganz risikoarm ! Kurvenspiegel gegenüber wäre ratsam. Pool ab 15:00 im Schatten, Liegen bis 16:00 noch Sonne, könnte im Herbst aber noch früher schattiger sein ! WLAN nur im Erdgeschoss und Terrasse, nichts mehr im ersten Stock oder Untergeschoss! Zwar Smart-TV in allen SZ, aber dadurch unbrauchbar und private Internetnutzung erheblich eingeschränkt! Bei einem solchen modernen Haus unverständlich, WLAN repeater wären sinnvoll! Das mögen alles Kleinigkeiten sein, für manche auch gar nicht störend, aber man sollte das zumindest wissen. Ansonsten sehr schöne moderne Villa mit guter Raumaufteilung, Klimatisierung und Betreuung! Übrigens: etwas mehr Hausrat wäre sinnvoll, da für bis zu 7 Personen vermietbar und dafür reicht er definitiv nicht(Besteck, Teller etc) oder dauernd spülen..
