This Beach front home is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. This pet-friendly property also features a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and the perfect size kitchenette.

The unit overlooks the beach, Gulf, and pool with a private deck/patio. Located in the Ambassador Complex with an outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, outdoor shower, and coin-op washers and dryers.

This property is a short walk to Pier Park, Shuckums Oyster Pub, Gulf World, Barefoot Hide A Way Grill and Sharky's. No car no problem! Just walk or take the Bay Town Trolley. Panama City Beach was just named one of the best beaches in the world!

We are PET-FRIENDLY! Pets 50bs and under are only allowed per the HOA rules. Additional pet fee per pet. Check out the wonderful onsite pet park.

For the price point this is an amazing condo. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. Walk to the beach. Owner communicated well. It was clean and could walk to shops. Had an amazing vacation and so thankful for the opportunity.

The pictures online are not what this place really looks like at all. When we arrived the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. There was hair left over from the previous people. The sheets were dirty with hair all over them. Also the towels provided from the unit had hair in them. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned.

The good-This place has a great view, right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The bad- The room is in need of updates, new appliances. The place was also not clean, ahould not charge a large clenaing fee. We had to clean when we got there . Would not stay again.

The location was great, right on the beach. The room was very clean. Water is really hot and the shower set off the smoke detector. The bed wasn't the best. The host was very responsive. It was worth what we paid.

The place was dirty, had mold, and sheets were dirty. The place was very dusty, mold in the shower and on the ceiling, coffee pot was dirty, outside table still has food on it, walls had dirty and hand prints in them, and the sheets had hair on them. When I brought this to the host attention it took her multiple hours to respond. As she had the house keeper send sheets the next day we had to go out and get sheets ourselves to sleep in that night.

Parking is not easy although location is near Pier Park, so if you don't mind walking, all is good! Host is quick to answer questions. Appreciate the extra towels because we forgot to bring paper towels. If available, we'll come back again. We enjoyed sitting on balcony too.

We stayed at the Ambassador from Friday through Thursday, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. If I had known then what I know now, I would have booked elsewhere.The biggest issue was the lack of disclosure that this is a four-story building with no elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs was difficult, and despite handicap parking, there are still multiple steps, making the property inaccessible for many guests.The unit was outdated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom and toilet were unusually small, and for a six-night stay we received only two towels, two washcloths, one hand towel, one small bar of soap, and a broken hand soap dispenser. The kitchen was poorly equipped with a rusty, non-working toaster, broken hot plates, few utensils, no microwave-safe bowls, and almost no cleaning supplies, forcing us to purchase a griddle.We also found stained pillows, apparent ceiling water damage, a dirty A/C unit, worn windows, and exposed wiring above the kitchen cabinets.As pet owners, we were also concerned that management planned to spray pesticides inside occupied units during our stay, delaying our vacation while we waited for maintenance.Overall, the property needs significant updates and much greater transparency regarding accessibility, amenities, and maintenance. Based on our experience, this rental did not provide the value we expected, and we would not stay here again.

The couch shown is not in the room, no rug on the floor there was no place to comfortably sit inside the room. We did appreciate the fact that the property is pet friendly but the beach was not. We departed on Tuesday on a trip we had booked to Friday.

Home away from home

My stay was amazing. Pictures are true. Lots of amenities. Very quiet. Across from the beach 2 public access. The management team is great. Very kind and quick to respond. They treated me like a friend. The location is perfect close to everything but not in the middle of the hussle busel. Felt like home...I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back
