I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. It’s a beautiful place and is always clean. Any time I go to PCB, this is where I stay. Great location, beach access right out the back door. The owner communicates extremely well and promptly attends to any issue you may have. Don’t hesitate….rent this place! You’ll love it.

Adorable townhome with a perfect view of the ocean. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room on the beach to relax and play and no overcrowding of umbrellas and chairs from larger resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee from the patio at sunrise and wine in the evening for sunset. Overall great rental!

We had an amazing stay for spring break 2026. Just two of us stayed but easily could’ve had two more with the murphy bed downstairs. Great views! We call this unit 'Beachside Joy' because it's gulf front and right on the beach (and not just any beach, but one of the world's most beautiful beaches)!

What makes this property unique

Beachside Joy is a townhome and not a high rise condo or hotel. You park right outside the front door and walk down the deck steps onto the sand. You have no elevators to wait for and don't have to share the beach with a thousand others in a high rise complex. It's quiet, beautiful, and oh-so relaxing!
