Why they chose this property
I came to the area on a sailing holiday in 2003 and fell in love with the place. In particular I anchored over night in Rogac bay which is the bay that our apartment now overlooks. I looked at places on Brac, Hvar and Solta but this was the only place we found that wasn't in need of major works and the only place with such stunning views.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! The peace and tranquillity to be found here is fantastic. Solta is quieter than the other islands with a more local feel and yet has the easiest access to Split. Since the apartment(s) are only a 5 minute walk from the port there's no need to have a car but of course the rest of the island is more easily accessible if you do have one. There are busses though.
