Underbart hus i en lugn vik i utanför Vinišće. Huset är lite över 100 kvm med två sovrum, öppen planlösning och underbara altaner. Utsikten över viken är härlig, loungen med bra plats för alla o matplats med utegrillen.
Den privata bryggan ligger precis nedanför huset o en liten strand ca 100 meter bort,

Vinišće centrum ligger 10 minuters promenad från huset. Där finns färskt bröd, fisk o grönsakerna att köpa varje morgon. Dom lokala fiskarna säljer direkt från båten o grönsakerna kommer från dagligen från gårdarna uppe i bergen. Små livsmedelsbutiker o lokala uthyrare av, båtar, cyklar mm samt utflyktsmål kantar promenaden.
Byn har flera bra restauranger som serverar både de lokal o internationella köket.
