1986 Cabin Style home recently remodeled with a lovely updated master bedroom suite added on the main floor. Kitchen completely modern and well appointed in this owner-occupied home, rented out when traveling. Three queen bedrooms with a bonus of a futon in the hallway and a window seat bed under the stairs for kids. 1500 Square feet lives big with open plan modern style kitchen/dining/living and new master suite all on main floor (plus bathroom/laundry).Near Circle Ten close to the north store, north golf course, two miles from the village mall (ice skating, restaurants, and shops) and SHARC Recreation center. Mt Bachelor skiing 30-45 minutes away. Two adult bicycles provided. Amenities not listed elsewhere, but frequently asked about: BBQ, Drip coffee maker, crockpot.

Very comfortable house, well stocked with essentials and anything that might be needed during the stay. Kitchen is great, hot tub great, communication was super, everything was "as described" no disappointments at all. And, comparing to our other family members that stayed in nearby properties, we had the best of everything. Just plain and simply, a well run house.

A lovely, clean and very well supplied place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has anything you might need. The beds were comfortable. My highest priority is cleanliness with no funky smell (as many Sunriver homes have that smell!). This house smells clean! Without ever meeting them, I felt the hosts were considerate and thoughtful, and we did our very best to be the same. Thank you to our hosts.

Wonderful Rental

Very nicely kept up house with a well stocked kitchen. Loved having a hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. Easy to get on the bike path and go all around. It has a relaxing backyard with table and chairs, we played lots of games!

Even better than expected

We wanted to get away for Thanksgiving, and this cabin was perfect! There is plenty of space plus it has a well equipped kitchen. We spent three days “in” and enjoyed every minute. The property is clean and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay. If we’re ever back in Sunriver, we will be booking again!

Great house. Great owners. Easy to work with.

We had a fantastic stay at 24 Filbert. Renovated Master Bedroom and kitchen are make this a pretty good value. I would stay here again. My only criticism is the upstairs mattresses are getting long in the tooth and could use replacing. Master bedroom has a nice mattress.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property is lovely and perfect. We were a group of 2 adults 3 teens and one 10 year old. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the younger girls loved the little nooks to sleep in. Beautiful master bedroom and large completely outfitted and stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Our four night Christmas getaway was perfect!
