About this property

Family-friendly Home With Three Master Suites and 8 SHARC passes!

You and your family will feel right at home in this 1,900 sq. foot property located on a quiet street. Our house is centrally located in Sunriver, just a five minute walk to Fort Rock Park or a 10 minute bike ride to the Village Mall and SHARC.

This reverse living home features three master suites. One master upstairs with a comfortable king bed with its own access to the upper outdoor living space. The two suites downstairs are separated by a central living room that has access to the hot tub and lower outdoor deck. One suite is appointed with a lodge-styled queen bed. The other with a full/single bunk bed, plus futon for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. This home does not have A/C, but is equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans, if needed.

The upstairs living area features a vaulted ceiling with nicely staged furniture to accommodate the family. Enjoy the slate gas fireplace and flat screen TV from the comfort of the sofa or two lounging chairs. You will appreciate our fully equipped kitchen with granite slab counter tops and newer appliances. Off the dining room, you can enter the outdoor deck with outdoor seating and barbecue. You can even access the lower outdoor space to find some shade or enjoy the hot tub. With a large common area behind the home, its a great peaceful place to relax and read a book.

The downstairs living room is perfect for the kids with its own TV and plenty of board games! We even have toys for young kids! For your convenience the home is also equipped with infant/toddler essentials: baby gate for the stairs, play pen, and high chair. If this isn't enough space, there is even an air hockey table in the garage for even more fun!

For the summer outdoor adventurers, we have bicycles available in the three car garage for your cruising pleasure around Sunriver's miles of biking trails! Fort Rock Park is just a quick walk from the front door! As the biggest park in Sunriver, this park features a recently updated playground, a large grassy area with a softball/soccer field, horseshoe pits, half-basketball court, four square, sand volleyball court, picnic pavilion, tetherball, barbecue/picnic area, and many tennis courts!

During the winter, Mt. Bachelor ski resort is just a 30 minute drive up the road. There are also sno-parks located in the area for sledding pleasure.

This Beautiful home was comfortable, spacious and great for hosting family on the 4th of July. The kitchen was well stocked and the variety of board games - delightful. Thanks very much for a lovely stay.

Perfect place for our guys golf trip

This house was awesome for our guys golf trip. The 3 master bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms was perfect. The house was very clean upon arrival and the check-in process was very easy. We found the kitchen had anything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The outside deck was a nice spot to enjoy the evenings and we would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful home in Sun River

We really enjoyed this house. The layout is great with the master bedroom and master bathroom on the main floor and the two other bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) on the lower floor. It was the perfect house for a family and I recommend. Kitchen is well stocked and furniture is comfortable.

Great for young families!

We had such an enjoyable stay. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for a baby and young kids: pack n’ play, high chair, baby gate, crayons, games, books, bikes, helmets rafts, life jackets, and sharc passes! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was very seamless. I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great week!

Family Trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver! This house has a great spilt floor plan. The downstairs area was perfect for younger kids and parents. Upstairs master gave grandparents their own space. Downstairs was cooler than upstairs, which was perfect with not having AC. House was well stocked in kitchen area, laundry supplies and plenty of pool towels. No need to bring your own. We would definitely book this home again!

Anniversary weekend

The house was perfect for a long weekend with family to celebrate our anniversary. Plenty of room on decks, in hot tub. We appreciated being on the northern side of Sunriver-seemed less crowded. We kayaked, paddle boarded, rode the provided bikes and did Paulina Plunge. After that the hot tub was a blessing. I have already recommended the house to others because of the amenities and the 3 en-suite bedrooms.

Great, multi family house

The house was clean and very well stocked as far as kitchen items, games, movies, etc. the layout is great for two families sharing a home. The bikes in the garage could use some maintenance and repair, but otherwise we found everything in great working condition. The homeowners were fantastic with communication and response time whenever we needed something.

Perfect family getaway!

Absolutely perfect set up for our family! The layout was ideal for the kids to have their own space away from the grownups. Home was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen! The deck area was fantastic and provided a great place to enjoy morning coffee and meals together on the grill. We used the hot tub daily. Various sporting equipment, bikes and air hockey table were a huge perk for our family. Bikes were in great working condition and there were quite a few to choose from. The home is well maintained and in great shape. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners were extremely accommodating and very prompt to answer questions. You can tell that they take pride in this rental!

Perfect place for 2 small families.

Only disappointment was that half the bikes were either flat or didn’t have brakes. I did ask owner about bikes prior so it was known it was something we would use. So bring your own bikes!!!

Bigger and newer than expected plus lots of bikes and air hockey

Great house with lot so separation areas for those family fun times. The SHARC was only Limited entries so we didn’t use passes. Would recommend if you don’t need to be by the mall.

Biggest deal was kids going to Sharc and we got there Sunday afternoon already at capacity,,went early Monday morning to get in and you can only go once a day ,,and to top it off they aren’t open on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays,, we left Wednesday sooo that was a bummer..House was perfect size for two families ..

A fabulous summer vacation spot

We really enjoyed our time in this Sun River home! The house is set up perfectly for two families. We spent our days mountain biking the nearby trails, rafting and swimming in the river, and getting to know this beautiful area. Our evenings were spent eating out on the lovely deck, under the stars, and relaxing in the hot tub! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked! I would definitely stay here again.
