This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located just 10 min walk from the beach in a condominium with all amenities close by. Able to provide a setting with all the necessary ingredients for a pleasant holiday.

This apartment has an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with single beds and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and other essential accessories. The living room has a sofa bed that allows the stay of one more person, with the comfort of air conditioning. In the living room there is also a dining table available and beside a sliding window with direct access to the balcony. The living room has a TV and WiFi internet connection.

Next to the living room, the balcony has a table for 5 people to enjoy your meals outside, charcoal or gas grills are not allowed, but an electric one is provided. The balcony has a pleasant view of the street and the pool.

First time in Oura

For us the property was just right and for the price could not have been better. It had all the necessary amenities you could need, if we had any observations (not complaints) is it could do with a smart tv and the bedroom and bathroom door need attention. As for the location, its a 10/12 minute walk to the beech, 25 minute walk to Albufera and a 5 minute walk to the strip (If its the night life and plenty of noise) you like. Would definately book this apartment again if staying in Oura.

Great location

Great location close to beach, apartment good and great service A couple of English channels on tv or English radio channel, key box at apartment so we didn’t have to do a detour from airport to pick up keys from a key box in Amicilla
