A delightful 1 bedroom apartment with sea-views sleeping up to 3 guests in the heart of Albufeira. This apartment features a modern kitchen (inc. kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer) and living/dining area with sofa bed (sleeps 1/2), double bedroom with large wardrobe, newly refurbished bathroom and spacious beach facing balcony. There is also access to a swimming pool with sun loungers for all guests.

The apartment also features air conditioning in both the bedroom and living/dining area, Wifi throughout the apartment, a television in both the bedroom and living/dining area.

The apartment is situated a short 5 minute walk from 2 large supermarkets, Fisherman's beach and the quaint Old Town of Albufeira. Dine on the balcony at sunset or walk down to the old town which has a large variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There is also live music and entertainment in the evening, as well as many small shops to browse. A variety of excursions can also be booked from the Old Town for the days activities.

This was our third stay in this apartment. There is nothing not to like. We just love it. Walking distance to beach and old town. Short taxi ride to marina. Apartment is Clean and comfortable. Lovely big balcony with most stunning view!! Communication with James is always quick and easy and also a thank you to Debbie who dealt with my laundry request. I have no doubt we will return. Beautiful view

We had 2 weeks of coastal disturbances but no one contols the weather, last week perfect. Apt was lovely to settle into when it rained close to everything when we were out and about. It had everything we needed, good binder with info. Easy access. The only down side was bar music from below, once doors closed not a bother. We'd recommend it for a stay.

Great condo in a great location

The property was adequate for our stay. The view to old town and the sea is spectacular! The living room furniture needs updating but the owner is working on that. We requested a couple of kitchen items. These were immediately delivered. In all we had a great stay in this condo!!

Beautiful view

This apartment is in a great location to experience Albufeira. The beach and Old Town are within easy walking distance. We could hear the music from Old Town but with windows closed we had no problem with sleep. The view from the large balcony is spectacular! The owner and Debbie made our stay even better when new mattresses were quickly supplied, upon our concern with the old uncomfortable ones. Excellent apartment in an excellent location!

What a Wonderful Stay

First let me say how very beautiful our location was! The property was as wonderful as it looks in the pictures! Everything about booking, communication, & location was the very best I’ve experienced ! The property manger Perry was so very delightful! He was very helpful with where to go for dinner, atm’s, entertainment, & grocery! James was wonderful before our stay with keeping us updated, & answering any questions. I would highly recommend staying here! We can not wait to come back!

Awesome Views!

This flat was perfect for us-and the view clinched it for us when we decided to book. Clean and very spacious - appears just as photos. Yes, as others wrote, the music noise from town does come up the hill into the wee hours. We are seniors and decided this comes with the territory since we wanted to stay here, and it made us feel young again even listening from the nice big deck! The location is close to beach, town, groceries and taxi. Easy contactless check in and out. Next time we would stay longer and rent a car to explore out of our normal walking zone. Great place and it was a great stay!

Lovely Holiday

The accommodation was exactly as we were hoping it would be. Great communication with everyone concerned which made the arrangements of everything so easy and straight forward. Really enjoyed the holiday. If I had to make a criticism the noise from the old town strip was very loud and went on to 4.00am in the morning. My friend and I would of liked to have sat out on the wonderful balcony terrace before bedtime admiring the fantastic view but the volume of noise was a bit too much. Thank you James for a enjoyable holiday the apartment is really lovely. Also thank you Perry for all your help. Everything was very much appreciated.

Amazing view from both bedroom & living area with spacious terrace & sunshine all day! Comfortable firm mattresses in 2 side by side single beds Everything you need for a home from home stay. Thoughtful provision of bottled water & long life milk. Good, reasonably priced Portuguese food available at a couple of informal eateries - just next door for eat in & take away. Supermarket & shops nearby. Parking available on street around complex. Property Manager Perry is friendly, helpful & available locally. Great helpful info folder in appartment. We came for a May wedding & location was ideal for getting out & about. Thoroughly recommended accommodation and would love to return to enjoy the terrace views and enjoy Albufeira!

Great Stay

This property is an a location that gives you a gorgeous view of Old Town and the beach. You get to enjoy the sunshine morning till night. You are in easy walking distance ( minutes ) to the both the beach and the dozens of restaurants and shops of Old Town. Also easy walking distance to grocery supermarket , restaurants , shops , and hotels away from Old Town. The unit itself is clean and well equipped. Kitchen is relatively updated as is the bathroom , which has a good shower. This is a roomy unit , with lots of additional room on the patio . We felt safe and secure and comfortable in this property. We would suggest that the living room furniture could use a refresh as some pieces are looking a bit tired. The property manger was very responsive and attentive. Overall, we had a great stay.

Fabulous view

The apartment is lovely, with spectacular views over the sea and Old Town from up high, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We didn’t use our hire car once during our week there as you can walk down to the beach and town via the escalators in 10 minutes and the little Spar is just a 5 minute walk down the hill, with a big Aldi and Lidl a 15 minute walk away. There are enough local bars and restaurants to avoid the overpriced and noisy Old Town. We did lovely walks, one through the town to the marina to the right and one along the beach and over the cliffs to the New Town to the left. Albufeira is very hilly so if you’re not good at walking maybe this isn’t the place for you and if you’re looking for peace and quiet at night this is definitely not the place for you as the loud music from town goes on until 4am, take earplugs for sleeping! Overall we had a lovely lazy week and would certainly recommend the apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht über die Altstadt und das Meer – einfach beeindruckend. Der Empfang durch Perry war herzlich und sehr angenehm, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders entspannt macht. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Lage ideal. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Tolle Aussicht, Lage sehr gut, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, Strand, Supermarkt, Altstadt…Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, bisschen schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber selbst das kann man sauber halten. Und das war leider nicht der Fall. Sehr schmuddelig, schmierig alles, so, dass ich meinen ersten Urlaubstag mit putzen verbracht habe. Schade…

Appartement bien située, terrasse et vue exceptionnelle. Le complexe manque un peu d’entretien. Les équipements dans la cuisine mériteraient d’être renouvelés. Le canapé lit est pour 1 personne ou deux très petits enfants. Oubliez les nuits de sommeil paisibles, musiques jusqu’à 3 heures du matin.
