That was the best house we've never rent since we started to travel to UK since 13 years, it makes from our journay a very good experience. The house is well equiped and wormed. The neighberhood is quit and shops are located at fiew blocs. The access to other towns is easy where we found good restaurents and malls. The host is evailable and respond quickly to the phone.

We weren’t sure what to expect for the price we paid but we were very pleasantly surprised.
We weren’t sure what to expect for the price we paid but we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is lovely and spacious. I loved sitting in the sun-warmed conservatory and having that extra room is a real bonus. The downstairs shower room is a great addition. We were very comfortable here and found the area quiet and very clean. A small asda is minutes walk away. The local ‘Pesto’ Italian restaurant is a must. We hopped on a train straight to Birmingham city centre, hired bikes in Sutton park, and there is a wealth of takeaways within a very short drive. We will certainly stay again for a short break and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family

The house is good but unfortunately for our stay there was only 3 mugs (6 people staying) . One room spelt of smoke and another of wee. One bed creaked every time you moved. The towels hadnt been aired properly so they also smelt musty. The overall cleanliness just wasn't there for our stay otherwise it would have been really good. These things can be easily sorted for the next stay. The neighbour bought mugs so that's one thing sorted. Thanks

It was a bit odd. Just felt like someone's house not a holiday property. A printer in the bedroom, stuff in one of the bedroom drawers, things in the kitchen cupboards. It was comfortable but the cleanliness wasn't great. Washed all the kitchen equipment before use. Batroom bin had no bin liner and a used cotton bud at the bottom.
A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood.
There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure.
Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one.
Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due. With a few tweaks, the property would have received a higher mark and we would love to use it again.
