We are very pleased with the house :)

The building is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The owner/manager was very kind and communicative. The location is quiet, and the access is narrow but good. We will definitely come back here again :)

Brilliant service!

The house was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious for 6 adults. We liked the style and it was also well equipped - from kitchen to pool toy. We had a great stay and will like to recommend it

Special place!

We had a wonderful stay in krk. There are a lot of nice villages, beaches and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The house was great and very clean. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Extraordinary journey!

Lovely villa very well appointed, good aircon in the bedrooms and lounge with great terrace and pool. Easy access to lots of the lovely towns and coves on Krk and only 20 mins drive from Rijeka airport. Janus a great host who was there on arrival and very helpful. Very happy to recommend.

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at villa Adria. The host and his father are very kind and happy to help. The house is beautiful, clean, practical and very well equipped. The location is never too far away from anything you'd like to see on Krk. We travelled with a dog who was kindly welcomed and could roam freely because of the fenced garden. The pool, barbecue and wonderful beds and bathrooms are highlights.

Fantastic Villa, great location

We stayed for 8 nights in late October and loved our time staying in Villa Adria in Rasopasno. This is described as a 5* villa and it doesn’t disappoint - it is very clean and modern with great facilities and a lovely pool, which was still heated even in late October. Thanks to the owner Januš and his father Ješko, who welcomed us to the villa, even though we arrived late on the Saturday evening. Fantastic location, easy to get to all parts of the wonderful and beautiful island of Krk. We would highly recommend Villa Adria as a perfect place to stay when in northern Croatia!

High-end vacation!

House is very nice. It's comfortable with nicely separated rooms with their own bathrooms and huge terrace. Pool is heated and very cozy. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and there is a fantastic barbecue with charcoal provided by the host. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. There were also playstation 3 with multiple games :) Enough towels and blankets, hairdryer, soap. Parking provided in the house with remotely controlled parking doors.

Das Haus entsprach dem Inserat. Alles sehr sauber, schönes Haus mit Pool. Die Lage ruhig und etwas abgelegen, aber doch genug nahe am Meer etc. Januŝ war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

High-end vacation!

Der Aufenthalt bei Janus war ganz wunderbar. Das schöne Haus mit den vielen Annehmlichkeiten hat uns eine ganz großartige und entspannte Zeit ermöglicht. Januš hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, wir konnten zu jeder Zeit fragen, wenn wir etwas wissen wollten, er ist ein sehr sympathischer und netter Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden dieses wunderschöne Haus wieder auswählen. Es ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wurde, luxuriös, großzügig und sehr sauber.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir waren im Juni in dieser schönen Villa auf Urlaub. Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten eine kurze Führung durch das Haus und den Garten wo uns alles gezeigt wurde. Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten und der Pool ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und wenig einsehbar von Nachbarn. Es gibt mehrere große Supermärkte und Tankstellen die mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Im Ort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt für das notwendigste. Auch ein gutes Speiselokal ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf Wünsche wird durch den Vermieter prompt und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit reagiert. Auch noch nach dem Urlaub wird auf Anfragen per Email blitzschnell reagiert und geholfen. Volle Empfehlung.

Brilliant service!

Große Empfehlung! Wir haben hier mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, absolutes Highlight war natürlich der beheizte Pool. Es war alles blitzsauber und toll ausgestattet. Vom Balkon kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Die Lage in Rasopasno war großartig, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Kommunikation mit Herrn Januš bzw. seinem Vater war super und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub pur!

Das war das schönste Objekt, dass wir in all den Jahren in unserem Krk-Urlaub hatten! Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, er spricht relativ gut deutsch und kümmert sich bei Bedarf sofort. Alles war sehr sauber, das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, man kann sich wirklich wie daheim bewegen und z.B. in der großen Küche kochen usw... Wir sind Hundebesitzer, das Grundstück ist sicher umzäunt! Der Pool war ein Erlebnis, sehr sauber und gut beheizt. Alles in Allem können wir Herrn Hunski und seine Objekte nur weiterempfehlen! Es gab nichts, was uns auch nur im geringsten gestört hätte! Vielen Dank nochmal an Felix und seinen Sohn, wir kommen gern wieder. Marianne und Uwe

Brilliant service!

Wat hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis welke van alle gemakken voorzien is en was echt heel erg schoon. Door de afgeschermde tuin zit je prive en daarnaast kunnen de honden vrij rondlopen in de tuin. En wat is het lekker om in april gebruik te maken van het verwarmde zwembad. De directe omgeving is erg rustig en je bent met de auto binnen 5 minuten in het prachtige Malinska. En op het eiland Krk is verder genoeg te beleven. Kortom een echte aanrader om te verblijven.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der Villa Adria vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt! Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir konnten aufgrund des guten Wetters Anfang April auch schon den schönen Garten und den Pool genießen! Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig und alle Orte der Insel sind schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es auch in direkter Nähe zur Villa viele tolle Spazier- und Wanderwege. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern Januš und Petra war immer sehr freundlich und problemlos. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Eurem tollen Haus!😊

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Adria

Wir waren 32 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus👍Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt.Das Haus und auch der Garten ist genauso schön wie auf den Photos im Internet.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Top ausgestattet.👍Vorallem die Nähe zu den großen Supermärkten ist hier gegeben. Herr Hunski hat uns freundlich empfangen und war stets erreichbar. Danke auch an den Vater von Herrn Hunski,der uns mit Leckereien verwöhnt hat😊....gerne kommen wir wieder!!

Great stay!

Wir durften 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie in der wunderschönen Villa in Rasnopasno verbringen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und man hatte genug Platz für 6P und einen Hund. Zimmer sind grosszügig, wie auch die Badezimmer. Gute Lage um alles auf der Insel zu erkunden oder auch aufs Festland zu fahren.
