Excellent property. Large with plenty of room. Very comfortable. Everything you want is there. Close to the beach, train station and shops. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Great communication with the owners. Very helpful and informative.
We were a three generational group - with the grandparents returning to Aber 50 years after first arriving at college. The home was a perfect location for walks, the Prom, the children’s park at the castle and lots of pubs and restaurants. The stay was comfortable because we had a kitchen, dining room and family room to spread out. Parking was not an issue as it’s a short walk to the all day street parking by the harbor. It was just the fit we needed.

5 bedroom house in central Aberystwyth
This terraced house is situated on quite a busy street in central Aberystwyth. It accommodated our group of 9 well, although if we were all in the living room at once it was a tad cosy. We appreciated the 2 fridges and 2 freezers in the kitchen and the fact that 9 could be seated in the dining room. There is a small concrete yard at the rear where the children kept their bikes. There is no garden. It is about a 5 minute walk to the predominantly stony beach where a lot of stone skimming was done. The street suffered from night time noise - it was the last week of May and we assumed students were living it up at the end of term.
There are a number of things to do including visiting Aberystwyth castle, a great coastal walk to Borth, and the steam train ride.
We stayed as a multi generational group for our daughter’s graduation at Aber uni. Jason’s house was ideal. It was clean and well equipt, lots of toilet roll (always an annoyance in many lets!), very well equipt kitchen with dishwasher & lots of fridge & freezer space, lots of games and we were very grateful for the fans left in every room. We were concerned about the parking when we booked but this was never a problem (& we came with 3 cars). We often found street parking nearby or used the football club long stay car park which was good value. The house is in the town centre but apart from the seagulls it was quiet. An easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. We had a great time & would love to stay again. Thank you.

Thank you so much for staying and for the lovely review. We were thrilled to read you enjoyed the fans in each room.
It was a pleasure hosting you.
Comfortable property in a quiet location, conveniently located for central Aberystwyth and the beach. Inside, it was clean and well-presented. However, the website said that there was parking, but there was only on-street parking, limited to 2 hours if you could find a space. We had to park in a long stay car park about 5 minutes walk away. Also, although the property has Netflix, it does not have terrestrial TV.
