Enjoy the living/dining room and its private terrace with its magnificent view of the ramparts and the golf course.
Continue in the kitchen equipped with all the necessary crockery and utensils (Krups coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and its laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

ON THE 2ND FLOOR:
You will find a double room on the rampart side and a view of the golf course!
A large work space then a large dressing room with ironing board and iron as well as a bathroom with free-standing bath, WC and washbasin.

ON THE 3RD FLOOR:
A large double bedroom on the golf side with work space
as well as the last bedroom with its private bathroom (shower, basin and WC).
