"Sa Comuna", next to Es Caló des Moro

A two-story house with a pool, with a floor area of 210 m², on a 12,000 m² lot, featuring ocean views, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a wood-burning stove, and central heating (for a fee), where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Built in the traditional local style.

Make yourself at home—all amenities are included: sheets, towels, kitchen towels, washing machine, dishwasher... The entire property is available to guests and offers the following amenities:
-BBQ
-4.5x9 pool
-Sun loungers
-Free unlimited Wi-Fi
-Cot and high chair for babies. (Included in the price for only 1 child up to 2 years old).
-Towel change service every 7 days included in the price.
-Clean sheets provided: every 15 days upon request.
-Wood-burning stove. Firewood not included.
-Optional diesel heating (paid according to consumption): 1.80€/litre (approximate price). A deposit of 150€ is required in advance for its use. Actual consumption during the stay will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
-Air conditioning units in bedrooms.
-Electricity: 35 kW/day included in the price. Any consumption above this limit must be paid in cash. Consumption exceeding this limit will be billed at €0.30/kWh, calculated based on the metre readings at the beginning and end of the stay.

NOT INCLUDED:
-beach towels
-tourist tax

Es Caló des Moro, located just a few metres from the house, is not very easy to access, so getting there with small children is a bit complicated.
Furthermore, due to its small size, it’s not a place to spend long hours.

We’re sure guests will take care of the house and everything in it as if it were their own home.
The house is not available for events or parties. Pets are not allowed.
During the months of June, July, August, and September, it is not possible to leave 2 to 6 days open between reservations.

PAYABLE AT THE DESTINATION IN CASH:
* TOURIST TAX, upon ARRIVAL, IN CASH. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FROM ALL GUESTS.
* EXCESS ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION.
* HEATING: Heating is optional. A deposit of 150 € is required in advance to use it. Actual consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
-If, during your stay, items such as hand soap or toilet paper run out, we do not restock them.
-Included: Clean sheets provided every 15 days upon request. Extra requests: 10€ per set of sheets.
-During the summer months, a permit is required to access the house by car. In the event of loss or theft of this permit, 40€ must be paid for each permit.
-To dispose of trash in the bins, you must have an access card.
In case of loss, a fee of 30€ must be paid to issue a new card.
