The Telluride Townhouse is a beautifully remodeled, modern three level condo with a sunny deck and mountain views. We are a 3 minute walk to Telluride Ski Resort's "Coonskin" Chairlift 7, steps from the San Miguel River Trail and free Town Bus Stop, a 6 minute walk to the free Mountain Village Gondola, groceries and Downtown shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Town Park.

We have thoughtfully designed our space to be modern, light, clean and comfortable.

The Main Suite occupies the uppermost level and is open to the second floor below. It features a comfortable king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom with custom tile shower. The open plan bedroom has high ceilings, a skylight and mountain views out the window.

The deck, dining, living, bar and kitchen area occupy the second level and also feature an open plan layout. The kitchen was designed with great attention to detail: stainless steel appliances, gas range, powerful vent hood, large fridge, Quartz countertops and plenty of storage.

A coffee and bar area featuring an under-counter beverage fridge, bar sink, coffee maker and electric kettle is separate from the kitchen and keeps the flow of traffic away from the cooking. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests at the table and 4 more outside on the deck.

The living area has a comfortable 96" four-seater sofa and 43" Roku-enabled Smart TV with access to free and paid internet streaming channels including hundreds of commercial-free movies and TV shows on Netflix. We do not have live Sports Channels. Internet and WiFi access are included. Our sunny, South-facing deck leads off this level and is a great place to relax, have a drink, share a meal or take in the beautiful mountain and ski area views.

The Front Entry, Laundry, Mudroom, Guest Bathroom and Guest Bedroom occupy the first level and have a private street entrance. We have a custom ski rack that can accommodate 5 pair of skis, a high-speed ski boot and glove dryer and Bosch washer and dryer. The Guest Bedroom has a comfortable king bed that can convert to two twin XL beds, a desk and a second Roku-enabled 43” Smart TV. The Guest Bathroom has a custom tile shower and deep soaking tub.

Our home features in-floor radiant heat on all levels for maximum comfort.

Perfect Telluride getaway

We loved our stay here! Super clean and nice place, right across the street from Lift 7. A short 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Great view from the porch. Would recommend! Our group had 2 couples, which was perfect for the space

This condo is in a great location. Everything is nearby and it’s still very quiet. Beautiful views from the balcony. The hosts were great!

Great place! Clean, well supplied and close to lift.

Really enjoyed our stay! Owners were very quick in response to questions. Access was easy. Especially appreciated the humidifier in the upper suite and the boot warmer! Short walk to town made for easy treks to dinner.

Very Responsive Hosts

Great place, loved the location right next to the river path. There was an issue when we arrived and the hosts were quick to rectify the situation and were overly generous in making things right. Telluride, Right Next to Heaven

My friend and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the mountain, just minutes walking distance to lift 7, or hop on the The Galloping Goose bus for a short ride to the free gondola or lift 8. From this place you are within easy walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping in town. We found the owners to be amazing, whatever question we would ask was answered promptly, they are truly good people. We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to stay at this place.

Awesome Telluride stay

Arrived in a torrential downpour with hail but we were so relieved to find the unit incredibly comfortable, clean and cozy. Operating instructions (doors, parking, dumpster) were spot-on, the upscale appliances and touches were a pleasant surprise and the view was breath-taking. We appreciated the close proximity to the grocery store and downtown restaurants and stores. No need to move the car during our three-day stay! Thank you to our hosts.

Great Location and Amenities

Perfect condo for two couples with bedrooms up & down separated by the main floor. Great location for skiing just across the street from Lift 7. Within walking distance of everything in town. Grocery & liquor stores just a block away. Very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Know that this is a townhouse with 3 floors & steps. We are ready to rebook!

Great condo!

This condo is very cozy. The kitchen is newly renovated and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice as well. The location is great - a block from lift 7 and only four blocks from the Gondola. The instructions for accessing the unit, parking, getting to the grocery store, town, etc were very clear. The owner was kind enough to leave a stash of coffee, tea and sugar. It is a great ski condo and I will gladly stay again if I am able to ski again in Telluride.

Close to EVERYTHING

Location is fabulous and you can walk to everything. Townhouse is cleverly designed and well furnished. It’s amazing how the space is maximized! Gondola, grocery stores, wine store are all right down the street. We hiked the river trail, bear falls, and other trails. We also took advantage of the disc golf course in the Village Market area. We come to Colorado every summer but this was our first time in Telluride, we will definitely be back. Our new go to Colorado town!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Telluride townhouse!

We had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located townhouse. Leslie and Nicole were very hospitable, and our family of four was extremely happy with our stay. The townhouse is very well kept, clean, and has all the top line finishes you need for your vacation stay. The parking was convenient, as was the location (only three short blocks to the Gondola; only one and a half to the store; and two blocks to Telluride's main street with restaurants close by). The only thing we had trouble with was keeping the heat down at night, but in the middle of the summer that was expected. It was difficult to keep the windows open in July with the rain each day and too many bugs, so cooling the middle level down at night was difficult (the fans upstairs helped some at night). Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely rent this townhouse on our next trip to Telluride!

Perfection!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 18 - son and 15 - daughter) stayed at Leslie and Nicole's Telluride townhome for 4 nights over New Year's Eve and had one of our best vacations ever! First and foremost, the location is PERFECT! Super easy walking distance to the Coonskin 7 chair lift. Easy blue trail home from the mountain on Telluride Trail dumps you right at the parking lot for Coonskin 7. Secondly, what a comfortable and well appointed townhome! Our kids loved being on the ground floor (with heated floors!) where they had two comfortable twin beds, TV and their own bathroom. The main floor is so comfortable! Every TV station you could want to watch in the evening (Hulu, Netflix, etc) and top of the line appliances to make meals. Since we are from the East Coast (and it was hard adjusting to the time difference) it was so nice to hang out at their place and relax. The tired kids had their own space and we had ours. The master bedroom is luxurious! The view of the mountain from the bed is stunning and a joy to wake up to every morning. The master bathroom is like a spa - just gorgeous! All of this is an easy walking distance to the super quaint town of Telluride!

We had a wonderful time in Telluride! Our stay at Leslie’s and Nicole’s place was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. From comfy beds to extra towels and a nicely stocked kitchen, it felt like home. The location was great, easy access to everything and the area was quiet at night which was great for sleeping at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay there again!

Steps from a shuttle stop and a 10-minute walk to the gondola! Parking was easy. Bathtub did not work. Top bedroom is open (no door) and has a skylight - so it gets very bright at sunrise and there's not much privacy!

Telluride was great reminded us of Galena, IL close to our home. Small quaint atmosphere. The Allred restaurant was great. The condo was clean and well supplied with what we needed. Would recommend it to anyone that is planning a trip to Telluride. is wanting to stay in

Amazing Stay in Telluride!

We had a fantastic time in this townhouse. The walk to the Coonskin lift was very easy and practically across the street and the townhouse had everything we needed. Easy to walk into town and the gondola as well. Everything was nice, the boot warmer was a great touch too. No complaints, would highly recommend staying here and wil be sure to stay here when we're back in telluride.

Excellent Property

This property is adorable, clean, has a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. There are many special touches to ensure comfort. The beds are very comfortable, with nice white clean sheets and extra blankets. I’m not a fan of feather pillows, so I wish there were a few options, but not a big deal. The view from the back of the townhouse and upstairs bedroom are fantastic. Highly recommend!
