Great escape beetwen the years!

Diese Haus war für uns super um erholt ins neue Jahr zu starten. Klein, gemütlich, warm und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung um Spa ist such in dieser Jahreszeit toll um zu wandern. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir werden wiederkommen um dann auch in der warmen Jahreszeit den tollen Pool zu genießen.

Mooi huis en zeer royale tuin,mooier dan op de foto's. Volledige privacy. Zwembad wel fris,wellicht ook omdat het buiten niet heel warm was. Bedden slecht en smoezelig beddengoed. Huis was stoffig en niet goed schoon van binnen. Gastheer erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spreken helaas zeer slecht Engels,maar met een vertaalapp kom je een eind. Huis ligt zeer centraal,je bent zo in het centrum van Spa.

Mooi huis en heerlijk (licht verwarmd) zwembad, wel flinke gebruikerssporen in het huis en wat achterstallig onderhoud, ook het keukengerei is wel aan vervanging toe. Hou er rekening mee dat er 1 toilet aanwezig is en deze zich boven bevindt. De eigenaren spreken enkel Frans of Italiaans, geen Engels, Duits of Nederlands zoals de omschrijving van Belvilla aangeeft, zijn wel heel vriendelijk. Het is s’nachts heerlijk rustig, ook de omgeving is rustig gedurende de dag. De bedden slapen prima, niet hard, voor sommige misschien wat te zacht. De tuin is vrij groot met diverse zitjes waardoor er genoeg mogelijkheden zijn om de schaduw op te zoeken. Voor de koffieliefhebbers staat er een normale en nespresso koffieapparaat. Verder zijn er apparaten aanwezig voor o.a. Het maken van een tosti, wafels en geroosterd brood. Er is een elektrisch bedienbare poort bij de oprit wat prettig is en de auto veilig op de oprit kan staan. Omgeving is voor wandelaars ideaal, voor de niet wandelaars moet er veel met de auto/fiets gedaan worden. Leuke bijkomstigheid is dat de parachutisten van Spa skydive vlak boven het huisje springen. Wij raden het huis zeker aan ondanks de wat kleine gebreken.

Het is een heel gezellig huis, sfeervol ingericht. Prachtige tuin en mooi zwembad. Jammer alleen dat wij er nu nog geen gebruik van konden maken. Wij vonden de bedden smal en dat was met name een probleem voor broer en zus die samen lagen. Geen douchegordijn aanwezig, waardoor het water op de vloer kan stromen. Met name de stortdouche is hierdoor niet bruikbaar. Hierdoor ook druppels vanuit het keukenplafond. Zo te zien aan het plafond was dit al een bestaand probleem. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving, waarvan we met fiets en step gebruik hebben gemaakt. Daardoor was het erg handig dat er ook een wasmachine beschikbaar was.
