Our family affordable house is close to everything you need for a relaxing weekend or a week long adventure! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an upstairs front porch perfect for relaxing and sipping a drink after spending the day in beautiful downtown Beaufort. The downstairs back porch looks out on a fenced backyard perfect for grilling out or watching the kids play. The house is less than 1 mile from the local boat ramp and less than 2 miles from downtown Beaufort! An easy scenic walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort along Taylor's Creek where you are sure to see the wild horses on Carrot Island along the way. Only 7 miles to Atlantic Beach where you can soak up the rays on the sand!

If you're looking for a nice place to stay, close to downtown and a boat ramp, this is the house. The water pressure in the showers was outstanding! Cozy, spacious, and perfect for a fishing trip!

Great House for that Weeks Vacation or Weekend getaway.
