The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return parking passes and pool tags where you found them or be charged ($20 each/$5 each)
Wash all dishes and put away.
Check memos on fridge and TV cabinet
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash sand off before entering pools or condo. Use dust pan and broom to remove sand from floor- not vacuum.
Bathtub may not be filled above overflow drain. Leaking will occur, costing $500 repair. Clean oven, air fryer, microwave after use or extra $25 fee.
Use clothesline on balcony for wet items. When dry, shake sand off, then may use washer and dryer. $100 charge if sand found in washer/dryer.

I love the beach and family! This resort is perfect for families with children or adults solo.

Why they chose this property

Sands Villa Resort has lots of amenities and is oceanfront with a steel/concrete 5 story building that feels secure in hurricanes! Lots to do in Morehead City, Beaufort and NC Aquarium is close by!

What makes this property unique

My unit was recently refurbished. A new HVAC system, new refrigerator, new TVs, new toaster oven have been installed.
