The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It also has another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm / each. Large terrace with folding terrace glass, Lumon quality. The house is designed with high quality materials: marble floors, and high-end furniture. Capacity for 4 people. The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and the following appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator. The urbanization has many gardens, fountains, and a playground. The Paseo Marítimo de Fuengirola is very lively, with bars, restaurants, shops, and a children's area with swings for children.

Très bien situé et propre!

Nous avons eu la chance de demeurer dans cette appartement pendant une semaine. L’appartement est moderne, bien équipé et très propre. Les communications avec Marina et Nuira était très utiles et elles répondaient rapidement à nos questions. Dommage que des locataires antérieurs avaient brisé les chaînettes des stores sur le bacon puisque c’était très chaud au soleil avec les panneaux de verre, panneaux très appréciés par contre le matin, le soir ou les jours de grands vents. A+
