The Granary

The property is located in Terradura di Ascea, within the Cilento National Park, about 8 km from Ascea Marina and a short distance from Monte Carmelo (300 m above sea level), making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The first-floor apartment welcomes guests into a comfortable living room with a distinctly rustic feel. The tasteful and understated interior design creates a warm and hospitable atmosphere. The balconies overlook a centuries-old olive grove, from which the “Corte degli Ulivi” holiday home takes its name.
In the summer, the sun deck—accessible via a panoramic spiral staircase—becomes the perfect spot to spend peaceful hours sunbathing while enjoying the Mediterranean scrub, which extends a warm welcome to guests.
The accommodation can sleep 4–6 people and features a private entrance, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
