Casa Aniello is situated in an idyllic location on a hillside overlooking the sea in Pietralata, a small hamlet of the medieval town of Pisciotta, 3 km away, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the Gulf of Capo di Palinuro.
The first floor features a comfortable living room with a cozy sofa and armchairs, a kitchen (including a 4-burner gas stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer) with a dining area, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a tastefully renovated bathroom (shower stall/toilet) and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—both opening onto a spacious balcony with a sea view. Next to the house is a large fruit and vegetable garden. Outside, you can barbecue while enjoying the view of Capo Palinuro, enjoy your meals in the shade of the vine-covered pergola, or relax on a lounge chair in the sun. Casa Aniello’s amenities also include a washing machine, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a barbecue, and a magnificent outdoor shower made of local stone. Parking is available within the fenced-in area.
The sea is 4.5 km away; it takes 10 minutes by car to reach the long sandy beach of Le Saline. The nearest grocery stores are in the town of Pisciotta, where you can immerse yourself for a while in the charming daily life of southern Italians; sit down at a bar in the town square and soak up the unique atmosphere while sipping a delicious cappuccino or savoring fresh fruit and vegetables from the “frutteria”
The villa features a garden patio equipped with a gazebo fitted with mosquito nets, a barbecue where you can grill with a splendid view of the sea, an outdoor shower, and lounge chairs.
