We spent a fabulous 10 days at the villa

We spent a fabulous 10 days at the villa. It was everything we expected - and more. It is very well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool. The location is residential and relatively quiet, which suited us. The supermarket is nearby which proved useful. Joan was the perfect host and was on-hand throughout our stay. We cannot rate this villa highly enough.

We stayed in this villa for five days and had a wonderful experience. The place was cozy, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. We also received clear and helpful information in advance, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, we’re very satisfied and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

A very cozy house with everything. It’s not far from the airport and the central city. There is a big supermarket just beside the house. You can also easily walk or drive to the seaside. It’s a wonderful place to watch the sunset.

Loved staying at the villa ,I would say there was a few things ,it would have been helpful to have had details of using TV and cooker ,also to have had cooking trays and definitely a new BBQ ,but on a very positive note the area was lovely ,supermarket and bus stop in walking distance and staff at the local restaurants were so friendly ,first time for us as a family in Majorca ,we are hooked ,didn’t want to leave

Spacious and well equipped for self catering. Good sized pool. Beds were a little too firm. Pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t use in April. Hairdryer was missing. Needed a car to travel especially with children.

Perfect and relaxing stay at a lovely place.

Perfectly clean, big house with a lot of furniture and equipment. Nice pool, 150m to a supermarket, a few mins walk to the beautiful sea shore. The agent was always happy to help, and the landlord was problemless. Some electricity was not working, including pool lights. Some insect remedies would be nice to equip the house with, as it's natural that ants and other "stuff" are likely to enter the house from the outside.

Villa had a great pool and barbeque. It had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were clean and modern.

The Villa was located across the road from a huge supermarket called Mercadonna. We loved the pool and the barbeque. The key was left in a locked box with a code sent to me when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. They also had a chess set in the lounge room which we used a few times. The 4 bedrooms were all a good size. The 4th bedroom was downstairs and was 2 single beds. but it was next to its own bathroom which was really great. There was another shopping centre 10 minutes walk away which had a few restaurants and another supermarket. Location was really great. Everything was great. When I had a problem turning on the air conditioning the owner was able to help me turn it on to the right settings.

Przytulny dom w pięknej okolicy

Nasz pobyt był niesamowicie udany . Sypialnie były komfortowe . Łóżka wygodne . Kuchnia dawała możliwość przygotowywania posiłków dla naszej 7 osobowej grupy. Za rogiem znajduje się świetnie wyposażony supermarket . Okolica jest bezpieczna i urokliwa . Bardzo podobał nam się basen i strefa wypoczynkowa na tarasie. Klimatyzacja ma 2 strefy góra i dół. Wolimy gdy każdy może sterować swoją. Warto naostrzyć noże , kupić otwieracz do wina , bo ktoś połamał , posprawdzać żarówki i lampy ( lub ich brak) po poprzednich lokatorach. Te małe niedogodności nie sprawiły nam dużego dyskomfortu i ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z tej nieruchomości.
