Good location for the coast and golf course. Lounge area bijou but overall the cottage was adequate for our stay

The Stable: Tiny, but fine for a short stay

We stayed in The Stable, one of the Rose Cottages. It was very clean, but much smaller downstairs than the wide angle pictures in the listing suggested. Glad we didn't bring the dog as we really would have struggled for space, and there definitely isn't room for more people despite there being a sofa bed. Very little privacy as the occupants of the Hayloft access their property directly in front of the window, whilst the adjacent "communal garden" which is advertised as being available to residents is, (whilst beautifully planted) in fact, the hotel beer garden, and is directly outside the cottage kitchen window. That said, for three nights, just the two of us, we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay yet again

Cottage in brilliant spot. Good for walking without having to drive anywhere. Plenty of places to eat out in the village. Village shop across the road.

Superb cottage, very well appointed perfect location

Cottage spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything you need in self catering. Location perfect for beach and walking to Craster / Lower Newton!
