The property isnt a holiday apartment its an block of apartments for the elderly. Knowledge of that really impinges on the coming and going. Especially late at night, which is inevitable on holiday. We declined having our friends over through the inevitable more noise.It is without doubt a beautifully presented apartment, perhaps one of the best we've stayed in. We did feel tho calling the apartment Riviera Heights is an attempt to mask the intended use, as an elderly block of apartments.
