We really enjoyed our stay! Views are incredible and the cottage was cosy, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the location too, great as a base for days out on the bus and ferries! Thank you for a wonderful holiday we would love to revisit!

We very much enjoyed our stay . It was a cottage with a personal touch. The views were great. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we thought would be nice. Is a different bench and the at the top by the door. Thank you so much you have a lovely place

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We love that bench because of its history and the lichen on it. The table is old certainly but it works and looks nice with the tablecloth. The other table and chairs on the deck were new last year. Hope you saw the outdoor cushions and tablecloth that are in the house for outdoor use.

We loved this property and it's location. The views from the garden were superb, even if it meant climbing the eighty steps to get there.

Idyllic Location

A fabulous spot for exploring the South Hams, Torbay area. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean.Be prepared for the short but quite steep climb up the steps from the road, once up there the view is spectacular and it did get easier as the week progressed.Top tip - if you plan to make repeated use of the ferry, we like the lower ferry, consider buying a multi-trip card which may be purchased on board

Lovely stay in cozy cottage

We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely. The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy. The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.

Beautifull position, veiws outstanding, well equipted, very cosy, and clean, In a brilliant postion for walking and relaxing, also just a quick hop across the ferry to vibrant Dartmouth with many shops and restraunts. Carparking is a couple of minutes walk away, perfect. The property has a lovery patio where to relax and blow your mind as the sun sets. Two pubs in Kingswear, a wine bar, village shop, post office, and cafe. The hosts are very friendly and helpful also. Sooooo relaxing 10/10. Have a great time 😊
