It is in a quiet location, situated on the ground floor, and is very bright. From the front—the living room and the terrace—there is a view of the lake; from the two bedrooms, you look out onto olive groves. The apartment is modernly furnished. Some of the walls are panelled with wood that has been painted white. This gives the apartment a very cosy feel and makes it appealing even in winter. The living room is spacious and features a dining area that seats four and a sofa set. A kitchenette is integrated into the living room. One bedroom is medium-sized and has two beds placed side by side. The second bedroom is small and features a bed and an additional fold-out bed. The residential complex includes a beautiful garden and a large pool with a lake view, both of which are available for use.
