Frustrating experience

We waited 30 minutes past the time he said he would meet us. Emailed PM, water in shower was either scaulding hot or freezing cold, was not able to sustain a consistant water temperature. It would alternate to scaulding hot or freezing cold within 30 seconds without adjustment. We were unable to wash our hair for the four days we spent there. The door was nearly impossible to unlock, open or close. We spent up to 15 minutes trying to open the door from the inside and outside. We left it unlocked the night before we left to make sure we could exit. One of the beds was propt underneath with a foot stool and the slats came apart when we were sleeping. The property manager said he would be by to fix it and did not. We put the bed back together so we could use it. Nothing was fixed after our report. A manual to operate the appliances and the TV would have been very helpful.

First time in Rome

Great location, close to wonderful restaurants and six minutes walk from Vatican museums , very comfortable and clean apartment. Alessandro was a great host very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.
