The rooms were clean, with nice air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms and breakfast! The breakfast was a treat. Shopping nearby was great and about a 10 min walk to St. Peter’s Basilica and a bit closer than 10 minutes to the Vatican museum.

Great location. Our host was very kind and understanding when our flight to Rome was delayed 7 hours. Air conditioning was adequate even in the midst of several unusually hot days. My wife might have preferred a softer mattress but that is a very minor issue. The provided breakfast vouchers for a cafe across the street were a nice amenity. Overall highly recommended!

The Location is just perfect for the food and site seeing, but most of all the warmth and hospitality that the host conveyed and provided hade made our the stay there even more enjoyable. Top notch place to visit in all categories !

The apartment was clean and in a fantastic location. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful with questions about how to get around in Rome. If I go to Rome in the future I will try to stay here again.

A wonderful property - very comfortable beds, quiet, clean, great location close to the Vatican, delightful host who lives in the same beautiful building and is very quick to reply to any questions. He also provides vouchers for a light breakfast in the cafe opposite. Perfect Rome accommodation for a family.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as it is very close to the metro, great restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. Francesco was very easy to communicate with and was prompt to reply to our questions and was also able to give us great directions and suggestions for our stay. If we are lucky enough to get back to Rome, we would definitely try to stay again.

Everything was great. We walked to a wonderful restaurant every night 3 minutes from our room. We were sad to leave as the food was terrific! Francesco and his wife were wonderful. Quick responses, they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt like family. Breakfast was literally a 30 second walk across the street at Mozart Caffe. AllThe staff was so friendly and good and coffee great!WouldDefinitely stay here again and again!Beds comfortable, very clean.

The apartment was the perfect size for our group. We had 5 adults sharing the space. The clothes washer and kitchen made the stay more economic. The breakfast that was included was the perfect way to start each day. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The location was the perfect area to explore the Vatican, Rome, and get to the train station to connect to other places.

Within 100 foot of our door there are many shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The transportation in very close proximity to the property was easy and convenient to get us anywhere we needed to go. The place was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.
