Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days..

Hi Lesley Thank you for staying at Sailor's Rest - I am so pleased that the apartment worked really well for you and that you enjoyed your time in Eastbourne. Unfortunately we can't offer a keysafe at this particular property, but always try to be flexible, for example, by offering key pick up from our cleaners if that can work for our guests. Alternatively, the keys are available from our office keysafe nearby. We always ask for a departure time of 10am (on the webpage pre-booking, on information sent to guests prior to arrival and also an our an email sent to guests the night prior to leaving) so I'm sorry if you misread any information.
