Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this fourth floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Then up to the front of the apartment, a door leads straight through to the beautifully finished lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time. A comfortable lounge area offers two sofas (one being a sofa bed which can cater for two adults or two children) arranged in front of the Smart TV, where you can relax and take time to catch up on your favourite programmes, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. There is also an acoustic guitar available for guests to play. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four. The apartment offers a romantic double bedroom and the property is completed with a shower room with double shower and WC.

Pier Lookout enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across from the apartment is the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy a spot of sunbathing or local water sports. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show. A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and there are a wide range of local vineyards, breweries and Castles and gardens to enjoy just a short drive away.

Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier Lookout.

Everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Waking to a gorgeous view of Eastbourne's foreshore with the resident seagull on the window sill was worth the five flights of stairs! The apartment has everything you'll require for your stay. Easy to walk everywhere we needed and the Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus stop is directly across the road for a trip to Beachy Head which I recommend for a meal and drink. Magic view, great food and service.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Eastbourne. The property is ideally located right by the pier, with a lovely sea view, and is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and other local amenities.The accommodation was clean, well furnished and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay, and the view was particularly impressive during the Eastbourne Airshow. Once we had finally managed to park, we had a fantastic view of the displays from the property.The only significant downside was the parking. There is no dedicated parking and spaces near to the property are very limited. Parking is on-street using daily visitor permits, which need to be changed each day. We arrived in the middle of the airshow, so finding any nearby space was virtually impossible. Only two daily permits had been left for us despite our stay being for a week, and in the end we paid to use a parking space at a nearby hotel.It would have been helpful to have clearer information about the parking arrangements beforehand, particularly for anyone arriving during a busy event.That aside, the property itself was excellent, very well located and comfortable, and we had a good stay overall.

Sagenhafter Standort, wunderschöner Ausblick und wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Als wir das Apartment betreten haben, waren wir von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert. So viele liebevolle Details, die einem ein angenehmes und ruhiges Gefühl vermitteln. Das hatten wir nicht so nicht erwartet und waren positiv überrascht.Wir haben die Unterkunft über Heiligabend gebucht und wir hatten sogar einen kleinen, geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer. Ich übertreibe nicht, wenn ich sage, dass dies einer der besten Ferienunterkünfte war, die ich bis dato je besucht hatte. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg.Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche, die Handtücher und auch sonst alles in der Unterkunft war extrem sauber und gepflegt.Ein sehr netter Bonus nebenbei... die Seife, das Shampoo, der Conditioner und die Badelotion waren grandios. Es roch herrlich und man hat gemerkt, hier wurden definitiv keine Billigprodukte verwendet (meine Frau würde gerne die Marke wissen :D )Der Check In verlief übrigens auch super einfach und unkompliziert.Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es keine Probleme. Wir haben immer einen Parkpl
