Coming in to Rome from California it was nice place to stay and very central from everything, a tad noisy outside but we were so tired it really wasn’t a big deal, rooms were clean and outside patios are great, one bathroom developed the old pipes smell, on the second day so we did not use that one. Owner was there to greet and show us around. Rooms are clean, overall a nice experience.

Charming stay in Rome!

Nina's Luxury Apartment in Rome is amazing! So clean and beautifully decorated! Also extremely comfortable and well appointed. A very welcoming place to return to after visiting the sites of Rome. By far, our favorite place we stayed in our 5 country visit to Europe!

Lovely apartment across the street from Metro Station

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It has AC in all the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. We would have liked a clothes washer as we are traveling for a month and travel light, so doing laundry is a necessity. The location was perfect for us. It is very close to the Vatican and across the street from Metro.

Andrea was very pleasant and made us feel at home. The luxury apartment was very clean and accomodating for 3 adults - comfortable beds. Great location to the metro - traveled back and forth to other areas of Rome with ease (our stop was Cipro - Line A). Several flights of stairs to reach apartment but small lift (elevator) was very helpful with small luggage. Bigger luggage may need to go 1 person at a time.

Outstanding property!

My family just returned from staying at this wonderful property. I’m not easily impressed, but I have to say, this surpassed my expectations. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, good AC…just a really well thought out space. The property manager, Monica, was very thorough, and is a great communicator. She was prompt to answer any questions. She even set up transportation for our group back to the airport on our final day. This is a quite a gem in Rome!

We were 3 friends staying in Rome for a few days. We found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The proximity of the Metro was a plus. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The apartment matched the listing and is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from the Vatican.Check-in was less convenient than expected because it had to be done in person, requiring us to coordinate our arrival time. Monica sent Andrea, who was friendly, professional, and thoroughly explained how everything worked. He also noticed some items, including the coffee supplies, had not been properly stocked and helped address the issue. While the apartment was as advertised, it was hot even with air, it felt very bare bones. Basic necessities such as paper towels and tissues were not provided, and we had to purchase some everyday supplies ourselves.During check-in, Andrea went over house rules with us, how to separate and dispose of trash, and we followed those instructions. We even attempted to take the trash out before departure but found there were no additional garbage bags available. At no point during check-in were we informed that removing all trash was our responsibility. This requirement was not posted in the apartment or otherwise communicated to us by Andrea. As a result, the subsequent charge was both unexpected and, in our view, unjustified. When we contacted the host to explain the situation, the response was unhelpful and unwilling to discuss the matter.Overall, the location was excellent and Andrea provided a positive check-in experience. However, the lack of basic supplies and the unexpected post-stay fee left a disappointing final impression.

We loved staying at this property. It was very close to the metro station and had everything we needed. During the European heatwave, we were comfy and cool with the air conditioning in each bedroom. The host provided helpful hints for how to find local attractions and food. Three sets of keys were provided for our large group. There is a cute, tiny elevator to help with moving bags etc. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Perfect find

Found this amazing house in VRBO and it was absolutely perfect. Enough space for our 8 family group & just walking distance from the Vatican. Very clean and nicely decorated and the property manager was very approachable and assisted us in all our requests.
