Located on the 5th floor, this property is defined by its quality, design, and comfort. Situated in the city’s best area, everything is brand new—including kitchenware, towels, and bedding. Large living room of about 25 m² with a large sliding window opening onto the terrace; total living area of approximately 95 m²

The apartment features 2 large, bright bedrooms with spacious built-in closets, 2 bathrooms—one of which is en suite—both with windows and large rain showers. Modern kitchen fully equipped with high-quality kitchenware, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an electric water heater. Air conditioning with a heat pump in all rooms. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hair salons, and bars—all within easy reach. The apartment is located at Paseo Marítimo Rey de España 18, in the La Paz building, at the corner of Marconi Street. There is no parking in the building.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking permitted inside the apartment. Please enquire about availability. Welcome!!

Perfect property; perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Samanta met us on the first day, and she greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment. The location was perfect and the accommodations were spot on - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed looking out to the Mediterranean while sitting on the terrace. A favorite stop each morning was Fermento. The apartment has been fully updated. Thank you, Samanta, for taking good care of us. We recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday. Patty and Paul
