Catedral VIEW Apartment is a charming apartment with an excellent location in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Campo del Sur and with a terrace on the top floor with a barbecue from where you will spend the best moments with your loved ones whilst enjoying spectacular views of Cádiz Cathedral.

Don't think that being so well located means it's noisy because, being an interior apartment, it is a very peaceful place to rest soundly after soaking up our city.



The 70 m2 accommodation on the 3rd floor with lift is completely interior and features 2 bedrooms with capacity for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bedroom with two very comfortable single beds. It also has a modern living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your experience at your own pace, without depending on bar or restaurant opening hours, and a charming bathroom with shower where you can prepare for the best nights out in Cádiz.



Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made when you arrive. You'll also find an iron for clothes and a vacuum cleaner in the accommodation.

The door work with keys, no worries about your phoneapps. The Rooftop was nice. We didn't use it, but it's a nice feature. not much. The basic ammenities are sufficient.

Clean , comfortable apartment . Only downside is windows open to small interior covered courtyard. You get some light but have no street view.

Well Located, Spacious and Updated Apartment in the heart of Cadiz.

We loved the location, privacy, cleanliness, the rooftop had amazing views of the cathedral. A/C everywhere, one in each room, and one in the living room. Elevator. The check in process, could deliver the keys at the apartment, so that we don't have to go to the office with all of our luggage. The rooftop door was busted the entire time we were there. Checking out you are supposed to leave the keys inside the apartment, BUT, you need the keys to open the door to the street, and therefore (in a hurry) I had to go down with our luggage, open the door to the street, and then go upstairs to leave the keys. (Perhaps, allowing guests to return the keys in the mailbox at the groundfloor level would solve that issue).

CATEDRALVIEW ES UN LUGAR PERFECTO PARA ESTAR EN CADIZ DE VACACIONES

Está muy cerca de la Catedral, tiene tiendas, bares, restaurantes casi en la puerta y la playa para nadar a 15 minutos caminando! La terraza es linda y soleada. Las ventanas de insonorización ayudan mucho y como el departamento es interno, el ruido de la calle no interrumpe. Cuenta con control de clima que hace muy agradable estar en casa. La atención de Cadiz4Rentals es genial, hemos rentado ya en dos o tres ocaciones con ustedes y siempre están al pendiente y apoyando de manera fantástica.Gracias!! Faltaría una licuadora y un exprimidor de jugos en la cocina.

Muy buena ubicación, amplitud del apartamento, estupendo trato del personal de la agencia. La terraza en la azotea es un plus Había una humedad en el techo que afea un poco el apartamento, debería de arreglarse ya que puede dar olores y problemas de insalubridad

Achtung bei INTERIOR

Die Wohnung war in der Altstadt, nett möbliert , 2 Schlafzimmer, der Küchenbereich war ok. Nur leider keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Das Fenster des einem Schlafzimmers ging zum Treppenhaus , gegenüber war der Aufzug . Weitere zwei Fenster gingen in einen 2 mal 2 Meter Schacht , es gab noch 2 Stockwerke drüber, oben war der Schacht mit einem Wellblechdach geschlossen. Es war unmöglich zu sehen ob die Sonne scheint oder ob es regnet . Lüften unmöglich. Sowas nennt man INFERIOR. Wir haben die Wohnung frühzeitig verlassen , keine Rückerstattung. Unsre Kritik das wir nicht lüften können könnte nicht anerkannt werden. Wir fanden eine andere Wohnung , die hell war und nur 10 Euro mehr gekostet hat. Wir haben die Doppelzahlung keine Minute bereut. Also Achtung !

Great apartment in a great location

Very comfortable modern apartment with private rooftop area. Pros - central location, lift and aircon in all rooms. Cons - needs more chairs or another sofa, no oven, tiny toaster Overall we really enjoyed our 8 nights here
