The property was great! Clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Good location for sightseeing. Not much in the village but there’s a pub, a bakery, a Coop, a chippy and pizza so what more is needed.
We had a wonderful family weekend in this house, it was lovely and clean. The hosts were very helpful, we couldn't ask for any thing better, my granddaughters would love to come back. The village of Kineton was surprisingly well provided for with a shop, eateries and walks.
Amazing. Communication with the owner was excellent.
Hamper on arrival.
Great location, Indian up the road is fantastic, the garden area is fabulous! Quiet and so full of lovely trees.
Clean place, thank you for the tea, coffee and milk in the fridge.
Do yourself a favour and stay here!
Easy check in and checkout. Wonderful property with a customer service team that will answer you at 2am when the shower handle breaks! There was someone there at 9am to fix it and to make sure our trip went smooth! Lots of space to stretch out and a great location for cruising around the Cotswolds area!

Glad to know you had a lovely stay. We do try our best to give our guests a positive experience at our properties. Visit us again when you're back in our neck of the woods.
We were traveling in England and our plans changed at the last minute. We found this lovely property on short notice, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house is on a quiet street with a back yard perfect for socializing (if we'd had time!). The hosts were easy to contact and welcoming, providing links to area restaurants etc. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that we couldn't figure out the air conditioning for the upper bedroom, which was somewhat warm. Next time, longer!

Thank you so much for such a lovely review Jessica - so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!
The cottage was great for our family holiday. The open planned kitchen and lounge was excellent. The Indian Restaurant and the Bakery, were good. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding area. The cottage offered on road parking, which was not always easy with 8 month old, baby, with traffic. The double mattresses were too soft, bowed in the middle of the bed. We would recommend this cottage.
going past. One off road parking space would have been helpful. The family mentioned that the double mattresses, were too soft and caused bow in the middle of the bed. The twin beds were lovely and comfortable. We had a memorable stay and differently would recommend this cottage.
It was a heatwave when we stayed so few British properties would have been really comfortable. The property was very hot and the provided fans did not really help much. Despite that we enjoyed our stay. The property is a large semi-detached house, with adequate street parking outside. There were only five of us and I don’t really think the property is suitable for eight - not enough glasses, cutlery etc. Also, we stayed four nights but no spare towels were provided nd if we were expected to was our own towels during the sta, no washing powder was provided. These are small peeves but enough to make me withhold a five star ratin
