On the gulf side with a partial view of the gulf from the living room window the The private beach is only 120 feet away
Condo has two bedrooms and two full baths one bedroom has a king size bed the second twin bed master bedroom has it’s full bath.
Also there is a pull out couch can be used as sleeper

Fabulous stay in this lovely condo. Located within steps of the beach with all amenities. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach towels, chairs for the beach and an umbrella. Conveniently located for restaurants and shops. Ash was easy to communicate with. We loved our time here and definitely reccomend to others.

Excellent stay

Great location and ease of access to the beach. Condo was well stocked with the essentials for beach play and household items. Condo was clean and communication with host was immediate when we had questions. It is well within walking distance to restaurants. Will stay again.

The condo was nice. Its in a nice location. The view from the front is a partial view of the ocean. The walk to the beach is not but about 100 yards. Could use a new speaker in livingroom tv and maybe a few new accessories but would definitely stay again.I will say if you have trouble with steps this might not be a good fit. There are 24 steep steps.

great location. walk to everything you need. very clean. we left some shark teeth in the boat home is supplied well. beach chairs, wagon and umbrella nice touch, we hope to be back.

The property was great! The best location and so close to the beach which is exactly what I wanted. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants/bars, one is literally across the street. Pet friendly home so we were able to bring our dog with us. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent, quiet and beautiful!

As described in post - very relaxing, quiet and beautiful environment. Condo well stocked with all the basic needs and right across the street from coffee and full restaurant. Only 1/4 mile from convenience store and more restaurant options. Only recommendation is to have outdoor seating available nearby so can be out in the beautiful weather more!! Thank you!

Much needed rest and relaxation

This was a great vacation. The Condo was very well stocked and clean. The owner worked with us in the extra days we wanted to stay. We loved that the beach was so close and we were able to social distance due to being private beach. We found lots of beautiful shells, shark teeth and a few sand dollars. We had a 12 hour drive here but it was well worth it. Would love to come back
