Looking for the best view of the Gulf of America and a private beach on Manasota Key?

You have found it! Our cozy condo is the perfect island vacation. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a honeymoon destination or just a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and amazing sunsets, this is the place. We are located directly on the beach with rare, hard to find, panoramic views for miles in both directions of the beach and of the Gulf of America. You'll enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf from inside the condo and on the covered, open porch. Spend your day hanging out at the beach directly in front of your condo watching the waves roll in. Watch the beautiful sunset every evening while relaxing on your porch or while having a romantic sunset dinner inside. Several restaurants, live music every night, and shopping are all within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street that serves lunch and dinner.

Our condo is updated with high end quality bathrooms and kitchen.

This condo is on the top floor and does require walking two flights of stairs but oh so worth it! We call it the Stairway to Heaven :)

Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.

Our condo sleeps 4 and has two full baths. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room area that has a solid privacy divider and a closet.

There is a washer and dryer for your use.

Free parking for 2 cars.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We do allow children and 1 dog. Additional guests are not permitted on the beach or at the condo.

If you don't see your dates available, we also own the condo in this building directly below, which is also direct beach/Gulf view and may be available.

PLEASE NOTE: Our building is the only true beachfront in our complex of three buildings with direct views of the Gulf and beach inside the condo and on the porch.

The other two buildings in the complex are situated on the road and in the middle of the complex and require a short walk to the beach.

If you're looking for a place to sit on your porch and enjoy the sunset or watch the waves roll in, our building is the only one that has that luxury in our complex.

Condo is beautiful decorated with a coastal theme.Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new.The breathtaking views from the balcony and short walk to the sand is what we came for and this unit delivers.We will continue to keep this condo on our favorites list when booking our return visit to the Key.

Stunning views of the gulf from every window! The unit came equipped with everything needed to enjoy a day on the beach, and a dinner in afterwards. There are a few cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful! My family enjoyed the fantastic views from the balcony. One of my favorite things about this property was that the ocean waves could be heard from inside the condo. It was very relaxing to hear, especially at night. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent communication. The prime location, cleanliness of condo, breathtaking scenery, gorgeous inside decor, and excellent hosts made our vacation wonderful. Thank you!

This condo truly has the best view! The porch is roomy and such a great place to sit and relax. The condo itself is extremely comfortable and has everything you could need for your stay. It was super peaceful and we cannot wait to return!

By far one of the prettiest places on earth. The scenery from the covered deck is not nearly depicted in the advertisement on Vrbo. This place is stunning. Rikke was gracious, understanding and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property as described. The views were absolutely amazing!! The host quickly responded to questions upon arrival.
