We had an amazing stay at The Gathering. Property has acres of space, inside and out. Really nicely furnished. A very relaxing stay (for 2 adults and 1 child). I am sure we will be back.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a relaxing stay at The Gathering and enjoyed both the space and the furnishings. It’s great to know that the property suited all of you, and we would be delighted to welcome you back anytime.
Looking forward to hosting you again!
Property is better than advertised. The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor so there is bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Great when you have just got out of the hot tub.Off the main bedroom upstairs is actually a walk in dressing room. In the photos you can see a desk and sofa, that is a separate area from the bedroom separated with a door.It was lovely to be able to sleep and have balcony door open as it was so peaceful with a view to match.Beds were oh so comfy! Too big for me to hide in the car ;-). Edroom even has a little table with kettle and cups if you need tea in bed.The owners live in house next door (not attached, that is the parlour) and welcomed us and we’re available if any issues otherwise they leave you alone which is perfect. The Gathering living area / bedrooms are not overlooked either by owners property so you do have privacy. Finally being a dog lover….. the vocal welcomes from Oscar made me smile
The property is spacious and stylishly decorated, the location is perfect for a tranquil get away. A few minor items need attention including bottom of shower and cleanliness of baking trays. Would definitely return
