Casa Saha is a charming residence situated in an oasis of tranquillity and well-being, nestled amongst the hills and just 8 km from the sea, the white sandy beaches of Sperlonga and the medieval centre of Itri, a village renowned for its traditions linked to olive oil and olive growing.
From the property – and particularly from the swimming pool – you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the islands of Ponza, Ventotene and Ischia. The entire villa comprises two self-contained flats, each of which enjoys complete privacy with its own entrance, garden and private outdoor areas. Casa Saha occupies the lower level of the villa and is accessed via its own independent entrance after walking along a short shared path (approximately 80 metres). Inside, there is a comfortable living area with a sofa, TV and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as two bedrooms (one of which is air-conditioned) and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. The house also has excellent Wi-Fi connectivity using Starlink technology. Outside, there is a spacious covered patio furnished with a table and chairs, a barbecue area and a relaxation area with sofas, perfect for enjoying the cool summer evenings.
