Basic 1 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet area only 150m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc.

This is a ground floor apartment in a building up a small slope very close to shops and restaurants.

Simple but cosy living room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and access to a terrace with mountain view.

There is a small but furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

Each apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Communal washing machine.

Free Wifi.

Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

- Proximity from the beach - Parking space easy and free washing machine use - price is ok - Photo does not correspond to the flat - The flat accommodation are used and needed tonbe updated

Falta de limpieza

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado La limpieza en general. La cocina y el baño necesitan una buena limpieza. El horno, los fogónes, la campana estractora, los zócalos del baño,… están muy muy sucios. El menaje de la cocina está muy mal. No hay platos suficientes, los que hay son todos diferentes, igual que los vasos y los cubiertos. Creo que no costaría mucho cuidar del menaje.

Nous avons passés un excellent sejour le cafre est magnifique ..beaucoup de marche pour acceder a la plage ... residence assez bruyante ..on a eu quelques soucis avec le frigo tres rouillée joint moisi et aussi d électricité mais carolina a été super reactive tout a était regle en 2 jours frigo neuf électricité repare ..

Logement conforme à la description de l'annonce et aussi à de nombreux avis déjà donnés : nombreuses marches pour acceder à la plage, peu d isolation dans l appartement...mais tres bien situé pour les departs de balades et profiter du charmant village de llafranc Pas de soucis de stationnement en avril (mais peut être plus compliqué en été) L agence qui gère la location est reactive si nécessaire
